A couple was indicted after a knife murder in an apartment he had rented on Le Bon coin in Rosny-sous-Bois, in Seine-Saint-Denis, in November, AFP learned on Monday from Bobigny.
On November 15, the emergency services discovered the body of a 26-year-old man, stabbed four times, mainly in the region of the heart. The investigators had found a bloody knife in the sink and numerous traces of blood in the accommodation.

The owners of the apartment had explained that they had rented an annex to their pavilion for a few days via Le Bon coin to a couple, who had not been found for nearly three months before being arrested on Wednesday evening in Le Havre. The 28-year-old man was charged with "intentional homicide" and placed in pre-trial detention on Saturday. His partner, a 16-year-old minor, was indicted for "concealment of criminals" and placed under judicial supervision, said the prosecution.
No details were given on the motive or the circumstances of the crime, nor on the possible links between the victim and the couple.
