The accident occurred at about 4:30 am today, two 50cm diameter water pipes were opened near the Bugok-dong Jangjeon Bridge in Busan.

As 50 tons of water were pushed in at once, the underground parking lot was locked and the elevator broke down.

The water from the water pipe flowed into the underground parking tower here, and it's still flooded.

The drainage work that started at dawn continued until late afternoon.
