The company "Honda" announced the launch of its "E", which is the first production of electric cars, in the global markets during the month of April.

The company explained that its small four-door car comes with a length of no more than 3.9 meters, and clear design lines, with headlamps in a classic round shape.

The base version of the "Honda E" is based on an electric motor installed on the rear axle of the wheels, producing 136 horsepower and (315 Nm) of maximum torque. It also provided «Honda» to customers wishing to acquire this car, the option of obtaining the most powerful version whose engine produces 154 horsepower, ensuring the car to start from a steady state and reach a speed of 100 km per hour within 8.3 seconds.

The electric motor derives its energy from a battery with a capacity of 35.5 kWh, enabling the car to reach a walking range of 210 km, before the battery is recharged, knowing that the full charging period requires 4.1 hours.

The car came with a cockpit full of screens, with the possibility of converting the rearview mirror to work with video technology. It also provided «Honda E» voice control system, and the system to open and operate the car via a smartphone.
