Pastor Kwang-hoon Jeon, who was waiting at the police station for the warrant, shakes his hands.

Past court rejected the warrant, saying it was "difficult to admit the reasons and necessity of arrest."

Three days ago, after receiving a court decision to allow a meeting in front of the Blue House, the pastor, who avoided arrest, said he had no plans to stop the meeting in front of the Blue House.

[President Kwang-Hoon Jeon / President of the Korean Christian Federation: I think it is not a problem for me to exercise my patriotism because I feel that Korea is still alive.]

The former pastor returned to the meeting in front of the Blue House and continued to speak.

[President Kwang-Hoon Jeon / President of Korea Christian Federation: We won! Let's get rid of all those who drank red water in South Korea through the April 15 election!]

Police have denied the warrant, but have been reinforcing the allegations that led to the violent rally.

We will also continue to investigate charges of illegally raising donations and renting villas near the Blue House as part of the donation.
