The prosecution, which has been investigating the National Assembly's fast-track clash last April, today announced the findings.

Southern Seoul's prosecutors say 37 people, including Hwang Gyo-an's Liberal Democratic Party, 28 opposition lawmakers, and eight aides and eight watchers, were handed over to trial.

In the Liberal Party, 13 lawmakers, including Hwang and Na Kyung-won, were indicted.

Prosecutors determined they were in charge of the scene or led decision-making and were involved in a direct conflict.

He briefly prosecuted ten members of the Korean Party who saw no degree of participation, and 37 members were suspended from prosecution.

At the Democratic Party, four members, Lee Jong-gul, Park Bum-gye, Chong-won Park and Kim Byung-wook, were handed over to the trial.

Park Joo-min was briefly prosecuted, and 31 others were suspended.
