Taiyaki bread, a donation angel for Iksan, Jeonbuk, has enjoyed the donation this year.

Today (2nd), Iksan City, 62-year-old Kim Nam-soo, who runs a Taiyaki store, visited City Hall the day before and donated 365 million won to help neighbors.

This donation is significant in that Kim collected 10,000 won from his daily profits. Kim has been making donations to our difficult neighbors every year for more than 20 years.

Kim, who ran three businesses including a restaurant, was a young businessman, and in the late 1990s, Kim became interested in the difficult neighbors. Following his mother's willingness to share, he has been sending crucian carp and waffles to welfare centers since his thirties, and since 2002, he is known to be enjoying some of his profits.

Kim Nam-su said, "I donate 10,000 won by mail in a piggy bank to donate at the end of the year to practice sharing in everyday life."

Kim's donation is designated as a donation to the Jeollabuk-do Social Welfare Community Fund and is said to be used for low-income youth in the building.
