In a SNS interview with KBS yesterday, Baek Won-woo insisted that he did not decide to stop the inspection at a so-called 'three-person meeting' in which he and his former minister, Park Hyung-cheol, and the anti-corruption secretary.

"When Park Hyeong-cheol, the secretary of the report for the Deputy Mayor Yoo Jae-soo, brought the report, the inspection was closed and it was a place to discuss the results."

He also claimed that it was illegal to continue the inspection because the former deputy mayor did not agree.

But the prosecution is not immediately accepting the secretary's explanation.

During the prosecution investigation, Park Hyung-cheol made a statement stating that "One hundred former secretaries also discussed discontinuing the inspection." In addition, former Secretary of State Cho said in a media interview that he decided to stop the inspection at the "three-person meeting." Is saying something different.

The prosecution also says that the deputy mayor could not be inspected because he did not respond.

If the inspector refuses to inspect the inspector, he / she will forward the inspector's data to the subsidiary for inspection and disciplinary inspection.

The prosecution sent the former mayor to court on charges of bribery.

Allegedly receiving charges worth KRW 49 million, including airline tickets and golf clubs, from all four parties including the company officials.

In particular, the prosecution countered Mr. Cho's insistence, "Most of the former deputy mayor's charges were already confirmed or confirmed during the special supervision process."

The prosecution will call on Cho to investigate next week.
