A woman in her 70s who was embarrassed to meet another man and tried to kill pesticides from bottled water was sentenced to three years in appeal.

The Criminal Justice, the First Criminal Justice of the Gwangju High Court, said on the 12th that he had sent a ruling, such as a centrifugal ruling, in an appeal trial against Mr. Hong, 74, who was handed over to the court for murder, defamation and intimidation.

Hong tried to kill Mr. A by leaving a bottle of A (62) female parked in a residential neighborhood in Jeju City on January 13 this year, leaving two bottles of mineral water bottled with pesticides.

Mr. A strangely reported that the bottle was not in the car and told the police that the investigation was detected by the National Institute of Scientific Investigations.

Hong is found to have been guilty of the victim, A, who he usually liked to meet another male B.

Hong posted a note of vulnerable false information about A and B's privacy near the victim's home and business site, and threatened to send a message to Mr. B pretending to be A's son-in-law.

Hong did not intend to kill Mr. A because he put in a very small amount of pesticide that was old and ineffective during the trial process, and claimed that the penalties were unjustified.

The Tribunal dismissed Hong's appeal, saying, "If you look closely at the evidence the lawfully adopted and investigated."

The first trial sentenced Hong to three years' imprisonment in a sentencing trial held in September, saying, "The accused was so guilty that he had committed the crime carefully."
