The prosecution captured the situation when former deputy mayor Yu Jae-soo requested life-savings during the inspection of the Blue House Special Inspectorate last year.

Mr. Yu has secured a statement stating that he has been asking for the purpose of "keeping him in the position of head of the Financial Policy Commission."

The prosecution believes it meant stopping the inspection to keep the position.

The prosecution recently summoned the report, saying it is highly likely that Kyong-soo Governor Gyeongnam Provincial Governor Yoon Kun-young, head of the National Planning Office of Cheong Wa Dae, and Cheong Kyung-deok administration of Cheong Wa Dae, who were close to Deputy Mayor Yoo.

The prosecution surveyed Governor Kim and the like to see if he was asked by the deputy mayor of the oil field and whether he had influenced the process of stopping the inspection.

The prosecution expects Yoo's life preserver to be finally delivered to someone by the former Attorney General in his homeland.

Attorney Cho said the family investigation in the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office will explain how he decided to suspend the inspection, despite the fact that he is refusing to make a statement.
