Migratory birds coming to Korea for winter are dying before winter. Transparent windows such as soundproof walls and glass windows that are not anti-collision are becoming the tombs of migratory birds.

Under the window is a bird that has been dead for several days. This is a winter migratory bird.

One student has counted 13 soybeans that died near the soundproofing wall since October 28th.

Feathers and other collisions remain on the soundproof walls.

[Hsuan / Gyeonggi-dae: I felt so sorry that many birds died than I thought, and death that no one knows is meaningless.]

The sound barrier is a relatively short section of about 20 meters in length, but collisions are frequent as it is right in front of the mountain, a bird's path.

Winter birds were also found dead on September 9 in the soundproof walls of Suwon Yeongtong and Hwaseong Dongtan.

There are five 6 species, 10cm in size, the smallest hairy hawk and the red-headed squirrel.

At the Wildlife Rescue Center, birds crashing into the clear window are being rescued.

The National Institutes of Ecological Research found that the most common damage to transparent windows was worms (75%) and winter birds (5%).
