PostNL struggled for hours with a computer failure on Monday, which prevented packages from being registered. The malfunction has since been resolved.
Packages could not be scanned since the end of the afternoon. Customers also experienced problems at the PostNL service points. No packages could be picked up or sent there.
The outage occurred just after Black Friday and three days before package night. Last year at PostNL, the large number of orders delayed fifty thousand packages. It is not yet known how much delay in the failure has occurred.
Ordered on Friday so delivered to Jumbo on Saturday. First I am at the Jumbo for free on Saturday. I drive there again today I get this. @postnl an @Coolblue_NL solve that ff.Avatar
