There is a nationwide computer outage at PostNL on Monday, as a result of which packages cannot be registered, PostNL confirms in conversation with NU.nl.

Packages can no longer be scanned since the end of the afternoon and customers experience problems at the PostNL service points. No packages can be picked up or sent there.

PostNL lets Twitter know that it is currently working on a solution together with the software supplier.

Ordered on Friday so delivered to Jumbo on Saturday. First I am at the Jumbo for free on Saturday. I drive there again today I get this. @postnl an @Coolblue_NL solve that ff.
