The Wallapop mobile sales application has restarted the accounts of its users after detecting "improper access" to the platform that has forced the company to take measures to protect the data.

Wallapop has warned in an email and through the application that the next time they enter Wallapop they will find their account closed and will have to reset their password for security or access through Facebook or Google.

The company's app, founded in Barcelona in 2013 and has millions of users, acts as a market for second-hand products among individuals through geolocation.
