The Civil Guard, at the request of the National Court, has asked the digital platform GitHub, whose owner is Microsoft, to withdraw the repository of the mobile application (App) of the Tsunami Democràtic independence movement because it "drives the commission of terrorist attacks". An order that the company still would not have fulfilled since the Tsunami Democràtic app is still available for download in its original repository as PIXEL has been able to verify.

The National Court has ordered the benemérita to request Microsoft to close access to the GitHub developer platform, where Tsunami Democràctic is developing its App, according to Europa Press sources.

The Civil Guard made the request last week and GitHub has responded this morning published the requirement of the Civil Guard, dated last October 23.

In its brief, the Civil Guard maintains that "Spain is currently facing a series of violent disturbances that involve serious public disorders and sabotage of critical infrastructure . The National Court is conducting an investigation in which the T Sunami Democratic movement has been confirmed as a criminal organization that drives the commission of terrorist attacks . The main objective of Democratic Tsunami is to coordinate these terrorist riots and actions using any possible means. "

Likewise, in his letter to Microsfot, he indicates that "they have developed an application that provides information on these disturbances and allows their users to communicate with each other to coordinate these actions. This application has been uploaded to GitHub by the user [private] ([private ]), where people who wish to participate in riots can access their repository ([private]) and install different versions of this application on their devices, and other repositories with the same information have been created to prevent content from being retained ".

As PIXEL advanced, the application developer - and the first person to hang it up and offer it to the public - is a Github user who responds to the pseudonym of "s3rrallonga" and whose original page (from which the installer can be downloaded from the app) remains available.

This is an alias that refers to "S3rrallonga" refers to Joan Sala i Ferrer, nicknamed Serrallonga, a bandit from La Sala de Viladrau who was dedicated to assaulting the carriages that were in charge of collecting taxes. For a time he was able to flee to France thanks to the help of one of his countrymen who were dissatisfied with the tax policies of the crown. On his return to Catalonia he was arrested by the troops of Duke De Cardona, imprisoned, tortured and finally executed in Barcelona during the first days of January 1634.

Tsunami's response

Tsunami has indicated in its statement that, "despite the censorship of the Spanish State", the App can continue to be downloaded through Telegram and its operation has not been affected.

"Tsunami Democràtic is a citizen movement that is part of the strictest nonviolence," said the movement.

When summoning actions, Tsunami Democràtic asks the users of its App to commit to notify their participation, as well as to notify when they stop participating, and to report incidents with the application.

It also asks users to commit to behaving "peacefully, according to the guidelines of nonviolence."
