Who is the real culprit? Yoon Mo, who had been living in prison for 20 years, was first opened in public seats for the first time in 30 years after the incident came out for investigation by the police today (26th). If Chun-jae didn't confess, the police would thank Lee Chun-jae if he hadn't re-examined, and investigators asked him to apologize.

Yoon, who attended the police as a reference for about half an hour, told Lee Chun-jae that he was grateful to confess even now.

Yun insisted that he was tortured for three days and nights, and that he had falsely confessed to the police.

Nevertheless, the police complained that they did not acknowledge it.

Police are confirming what Yoon said when he was arrested and whether there were coercive investigations, including torture.

This is the second time Yoon is to be investigated as a reference, and Cheongju police once investigated as a reference just after Lee Chun-jae's confession earlier this month.

Yoon's punishment in the 8th case of Hwaseong was discovered in September 1988 when a 13-year-old Park Mo-yang was raped and killed in a family home in Taean-eup, Hwaseong-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

The police named Yun as the culprit for the body hair found at the scene, and he was sentenced to 19 years in prison.

Earlier yesterday, Mr. Yoon received nine investigations from the police, including a warrant for his arrest and a statement at the time, for his appeal.
