Lee Jae-yong, the vice chairman of Samsung Electronics, who came back to court in 627 days, said, "I'm very sorry for the trouble for many people."

Mr. Lee attended the National Agricultural Corps' Destruction Fellowship Held on July 25 at the First Division of Criminal Law in Seoul.

Arriving at the Seocho-dong Court Complex at about 9:29 am, the vice-president went to court with a black suit and a gray tie.

The reporter added questions such as, "What do you think when the amount of bribe recognition can rise and the sentence can change?" And "While the term of the director's term is about to expire, the management plan will change depending on the trial," Lee said.

Lee was charged with bribery charges against former President Park Geun-hye and Choi Soon-sil.

He was sentenced to four years of probation for two years and six months in prison on appeal in February last year, but in August of this year, the Supreme Court returned the case to Seoul High Court for the purpose of accepting additional bribes. That's it.

Lee has been in court for 627 days since the appeal was filed on February 5 last year.

This is also the first time I was in court as a disabled defendant.

Nearly 100 reporters gathered in court to cover the vice president's legal attendance.

When Lee and other Samsung executives appeared in court, some of those who watched them shouted slogans such as "Awake from Samsung and reinstate them to be unfair."

On the other hand, some people cheered, "Lee Jae-yong, cheer up."
