According to the new schedule, the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with the Progress MS-13 spacecraft will start from the Baikonur Cosmodrome to the ISS on December 1 at 14:29 Moscow time, and docking with the station is expected on December 3 at 16:41 Moscow time.

At the same time, the American cargo ship Dragon will be sent to the ISS on December 4 at 20:48 Moscow time, and on December 6 there will be a docking with the station.

The press service of Roscosmos confirmed the postponement of the launch of Progress MS-13.

“The decision of the state commission for conducting flight tests of manned space systems made a decision to postpone the launch of the Progress MS-13 transport cargo ship from December 6 to December 1,” the state corporation said.

At the end of July, the Progress MS-12 was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
