In the Argentine planetarium installed a bust of Gagarin

The event, organized by Rossotrudnichestvo, was timed to coincide with the anniversary of the launch of the first artificial Earth satellite, which took place on October 4, 1957.

According to the head of the “House of Russia” in Buenos Aires, Olga Muratova, the University of La Punta, on whose territory the planetarium is located, asked to establish a bust.

Earlier, a monument to Gagarin was erected in the Russian Cultural Garden in Cleveland (Ohio).
