It is reported by RIA Novosti.

The crew will have to re-launch Soyuz MS-13 from the Zvezda module to the Search module.

This operation will help release the Zvezda module for re-docking with the Soyuz MS-14 ship, on which the FEDOR robot is located.

Earlier, Vladimir Solovyov, flight director of the ISS Russian segment, said that for re-docking the Soyuz MS-14 to the ISS, it might be necessary to re-dock the Soyuz MS-13.

On August 24, the Soyuz MS-14 spacecraft with the FEDOR robot on board could not dock with the ISS.
