The Supreme Court has decided to sentence on 29th the case of former President Park Geun-hye, Choi Soon-sil of non-cabinet tax and Samsung vice chairman Lee Jae-yong, who were alleged to resume hearings.

Twelve Supreme Court Justices, including Kim Myung-soo and Supreme Court Justice Cho Hee-dae, held a consensus meeting at the Supreme Court building on Thursday, and decided to condemn the case of the National Agricultural Corps.

It is said that the Supreme Court Sobu was sentenced at 10 am on the day and finally decided at 2 pm.

The National Agricultural Farm case ended in June and was sent to a sentence aimed at being sentenced in August, but the possibility of further hearings was raised as some of the judges disagreed.

The judges, however, reportedly concluded that they would decide the sentence in August as scheduled, judging that it was not enough to resume the hearing and discuss it again.

The ruling is noteworthy as the judiciary's final decision on their guilt, innocence and punishment for two years after key defendants in the NGO case were handed over to trial.

The vice-chairman will be closed in two years and six months after he was prosecuted in February 2017, and the case of the National Agricultural Cooperatives will be completed in two years and four months as of the same date.
