A 20-year-old riding a motorbike on a motorbike across a five-lane one-way street was caught by police for hit and run.

The Seoul Gangnam Police Station said it plans to send 27-year-old A to the prosecution for prosecution on suspicion of escaping from the law on aggravated punishment for certain crimes.

The police also revoked Mr. A's license and gave him an administrative dismissal for four years.

Mr. A was accused of crossing the five-way one-way road on the electric kickboard at the southern end of Hannam Bridge in Seoul on the 5th and hitting a car following a motorcycle.

The police received an accident from Mr. B, analyzed the black box video, and arrested Mr. A through a rental company.
