Last night (21st), a ton truck hit India in Seogwipo City, Jeju, killing a couple in their 70s and injuring a woman in their 50s. A man whose license was revoked because of drunk driving in the past drunk and grabbed a steering wheel and had an accident.

One ton cargo truck on the road took three people sitting in the curb.

Truck driver, 53 years old Kim Mo, drove unlicensed.

The accident killed an elderly couple in their 70s and was severely injured by a 55-year-old woman.

Witnesses at the scene say the scene was terrible.

[Witness: Because a person is under (vehicle), we have to push the car. They have no way to do it.]

At the time of the accident, Kim's blood alcohol concentration was arrested at the site with 0.185% and withdrawal of license.

The law has been strengthened in recent revisions to the Road Traffic Act, but drunk driving accidents still persist.
