The Supreme Court has decided to sentence on 29th the case of former President Park Geun-hye, Choi Soon-sil of non-cabinet tax and Samsung vice chairman Lee Jae-yong, who were alleged to resume hearings.

Twelve Supreme Court Justices, including Kim Myung-soo and Supreme Court Justice Cho Hee-dae, held a consensus meeting at the Supreme Court building on Thursday, and decided to condemn the case of the National Agricultural Corps.

The National Agricultural Farm case ended in June and was sent to a sentence aimed at being sentenced in August, but the possibility of further hearings was raised as some of the judges disagreed.

But the judges believe that it is not enough to reopen the hearing and discuss it, and it is reported that they decided to sentence it in August as scheduled.

The vice president was sentenced to one year and six months after he was sentenced to the Supreme Court in February last year, while former President Park and Choi were sentenced 11 months after being sentenced last September.
