Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency prohibited departure from former YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun-suk, who is suspected of being a foreigner.

The singer's victory was also banned after he was accused of violating the prostitution punishment law last March.

Both former presidents and victories have been accused of repeatedly illegal gambling abroad, including Las Vegas and Macau.

They are also accused of raising gambling funds by using the so-called 'hwant-giving' method of borrowing foreign currency from the local area, gambling, and returning to the Korean won.

Police are investigating the sources and flows of gambling funds, based on YG's financial data, which was seized and searched for YG's headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

Police are also investigating, not even excluding the possibility that YG's payrolls could be used to fund gambling.

Yang is also being investigated for police prosecution against foreign investors in 2014.

As soon as the seizure analysis is completed, the police will win a victory with both former delegates.
