The Supreme Court said that Red Bull, a car racing operator and energy drinker, returned to the Patent Court for the purpose of winning Red Bull in a trademark invalidation lawsuit against Bulls One, a domestic automotive supplies company.
The trial pointed out that the Red Bull trademark has been used as a mark on the Red Bull Racing team since around 2005, but that the Bulls One trademark was developed after 2010 and should be considered to be a copy of the Bull Bull One.
