A North Korean defector, 42-year-old Han Mo, and a six-year-old son were found dead in an apartment in Gwanak-gu, Seoul last month.

It was estimated that more than two months after his death.

When no news had been taken to pay the unpaid fee, the meter reader visited and noticed a bad smell and told the apartment manager that the manager had forcibly opened the window and found the hat hidden.

Police are investigating that they may have been delayed by the fact that they didn't find any extreme choices or homicides, no food left in their homes, and no money left in their accounts.

The police ask an autopsy to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation to find out the exact cause of death.

Han is known to have been a defector who settled 10 years ago.

After relatively smooth settlement in South Korea, I went to China, went back to Korea, and moved to Gwanak-gu, Seoul last October.

But afterwards, a personal protection officer attempted to contact Mr. Han by phone, but the connection was not reached.

The Ministry of Unification says it will take measures to prevent North Korean defectors' blind spots as soon as police investigations come out.
