The autumn season has passed, but today (10th) the weather really peaked in the heat of the steamer. The heat wave alarms were issued in most parts of the country, and some parts of Gyeonggi Province once exceeded 38 degrees. The heat will continue tomorrow.

I am reporter Han So-hee.

A haze rises over the road, and people pass through the streets with parasols and portable fans.

[Kim Jae-bum / Seoul Yeongdeungpo-gu: I walked for about 30 minutes now… The weather is not wet, but it's too hot, so it's hard. The child seems to have a hard time riding a lot of face.]

It's half past three in the afternoon, so let's take a look at the thermal image of the heated Yeouido road.

The road surface has exceeded 50 degrees, and the bodywork running on the road in the sun reaches 60 degrees.

On a hot day, the blacksmith's forehead, working next to a hot pit, is constantly sweating.

A thermal imaging camera shows that the temperature near the pit is over 50 degrees.

[Retirement / Blacksmith: (Sweat) I have a lot. This year, I didn't have a sweat band last year, but this year I have a sweat band.

Children kick the ball happily in the heat of the sun.

Cool your hot face with the water droplets and a glass of cool water.

Today's highest daytime temperatures in Seoul are over 36.5 degrees and some parts of Gyeonggi have reached 38 degrees.

Due to the indirect effect of typhoon Rekima, which is north of the Shandong Peninsula in China, it is expected to rain all over the country except Gangwon and Gyeongbuk at night starting in Jeju and Jeonnam tomorrow.

However, in most places it will still be over 33 degrees during the day.
