When you sell at a discounted price and buy it from merchants, it is structured to be paid at face value.

For this reason, financial institutions must receive a discount application form and check their ID card when selling vouchers.

The letters on the discount purchase application that each person filled out were the same.

As a result, the protagonist of the letter was a staff member.

The FSS found that the director of the local credit union instructed employees to steal the ID cards of acquaintances and members and obtain Onnuri gift certificates.

From June 2016 to November of last year, 34 people have stolen 34 million won worth of gift certificates on behalf of thirty-four people.

Purchasing onnuri gift certificates is obviously illegal.

[Small and Medium Venture Business Department officials: We are prohibited from purchasing agency. I can tell you this clearly. We need to check your ID.]

The FSS document obtained by SBS states that the surrogate gift certificate went to a self-employed person who knew it.

Onnuri Gift Certificate Management Agency, Small Business Market Promotion Corporation, sued the new council president to the police.

The National Council said it will determine the level of disciplinary action based on the findings of the police and the investigation.
