There were power outages everywhere in the heat of the steamer. In an apartment complex in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, electricity was cut off for two consecutive nights last night. Some angry residents fought hard as they protested.

[Go out XXX, call the cops]

The front of the apartment's electric room became a mess.

I had to go to the police.

The midnight turmoil of the apartment was caused by a power outage of 640 households in seven buildings.

The night before, more than 2,300 generations of electricity were cut off and we had to sleep for six hours in the tropical nights.

The blackout was restored in four and a half hours, but the office was constantly visited.

[○○ Apartment Residents: The original nature of the residents was huge. (Some residents) What treatment does your child use with electricity? But if it goes out like this… .]

The apartment management office says subsequent power outages are due to lack of substation equipment.

[○○ Apartment Management Officer: It's not enough Lack of capacity. overload. (Why is that capacity only?) Why do you ask me?]

The power plant's substation capacity is only 1.09 kW, calculated on a household-by-generation basis. A generation can only withstand air conditioning, a refrigerator and an air purifier.

In fact, outages in older apartments that are more than 25 years old are seven times the number of apartments under 15 years old.

More than 2,450 households in Dobong-gu, Seoul, built in 96 last night, also suffered a power outage.

It is difficult to prevent a blackout accident in the middle of the summer unless the residents themselves repair the facilities, such as the residents' meeting.
