Without water or food
The masters were present, however, but had not thought proper to leave food and drink to their beast, which was attached. The corpse of their young dog, who died two days ago, was discovered the week by the Gendarmerie d'Aiguillon, reports Sud-Ouest .
Animal abuse is an offense punishable by law. The puppy's masters will also be prosecuted by the courts, says the local daily.
