The 53-year-old police commander from Juvisy-sur-Orge allegedly tied his colleague in handcuffs and tore up his minutes to start them over. He was placed under judicial control.

A police commander in Juvisy-sur-Orge, Essonne, was indicted on Tuesday for sexual and moral harassment of a colleague, and was suspended, reveals Wednesday a source close to the case.

According to BFMTV, who disclosed the information, he tied it up with handcuffs and tore up the minutes to start over again. The prosecutor's office of Evry had instructed the IGPN (police police) to investigate after a complaint of this colleague in May.

According to the source close to the case, the 53-year-old commander was stationed at the Juvisy police station for several years. He was placed under judicial control, prohibited from exercising and going to the police station.
