Audi comes with a new version of the fully electric e-tron, the 50 Quattro. Compared to the 55 Quattro, you sacrifice power and range.
The capacity of the 50 Quattro is measured in kW and comes out at 230 kW. The 55 version reaches a peak power of 265 kW. Audi reports that the entry-level version of the e-tron comes "more than 300 kilometers away", 111 kilometers less than the 55 version. The driving range of the car depends on the chosen wheel size and driving conditions.
The e-tron 50 Quattro can charge up to 120 kW, which means that the battery can be up to 80 percent full within half an hour. Anyone who simply wants to charge the electric Audi with alternating current has a charging capacity of 11 kW at their disposal. Topping up takes seven hours.

Even before the New Year in the Netherlands
In terms of performance, the e-tron 50 Quattro also delivers something. The top speed instead of 200 kilometers per hour is now 190 kilometers per hour, while a sprint to the 100 does not take 6.6 seconds but takes 7 seconds.
The Dutch importer promises that the less powerful and therefore cheaper e-tron will reach the dealers before the end of the year. As a result, business drivers still pay a 4 percent surcharge on the first 50,000 euros instead of the announced 8 percent for 2020.
The price of the e-tron 55 Quattro is currently 84,100 euros. The price of the 50 Quattro naturally falls below this, but how much is not yet clear.
