Former Supreme Court chief Justice Yung Seung-tae, who was freed according to the court's bail-out decision, appeared in court with a slightly brighter look, but kept silent as to the trial.

Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is on trial on suspicion of abusing the right to judicial administration, which is held at 10 am on the 23rd hearing of the 35th session of the Seoul Central District Court's Criminal Settlement.

It is the first trial to be attended since it was released as a gem.

The previous day, the court made a bail bell decision against Chief Justice Yang.

It is only 179 days after being detained on January 24th.

The court released Yang Chun, the chief justice, and attached various conditions.

The jail conditions were imposed, limiting the residence to the present location and avoiding contact with the casualties concerned.

Accordingly, the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court will be tried two or three times a week between his home in Seongnam City in Gyeonggi Province and the general government building in Seocho-dong, Seoul.

On that day, Chief Justice Yang turned to the court in a navy blue suit.

He was reported to have left his house before 7 am on the day.

Yang, who arrived at the court about 9:40 am, said, "What was your first trial after the bail," "why did you accept the jewel," and "how do you feel about meeting the people involved in the bail conditions?" Instead of answering the questions, I went straight to court.

It was also a silent answer to the question, "What do you think about delays in court deliberations?" And "Are you willing to argue directly in court?"

I looked at the front with a grim facial expression and headed for the courtroom, but sometimes it was a smile with a smile and a smoother look than when I was in prison.

When asked about the reason for accepting the bail, the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court said, "Now that trial is under way, no matter what the relationship is, there is nothing I can do."

As former Supreme Court chief Justice Yang has been released, only one deputy, Im Jong-heon, has been detained in connection with the alleged abuse of administrative law.
