At around 7:33 am on March 22, the Starex van was overturned on a road in Penggok, Gagok-myeon, Samcheok city.
There were 16 people in the accident bus, and five of them were transferred from the cardiac arrest station to the hospital.
The remaining 11 were wearing chongqing.
