The rocket with the Soyuz MS-12 spacecraft launched to the ISS from Baikonur

The Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-12 manned spacecraft launched to the International Space Station (ISS) from the Baikonur cosmodrome.


It is noted that the new crew of the ISS went into orbit - cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin, astronauts Nick Haig and Christina Cook.

At 22:14:09 Moscow time, the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-12 manned spacecraft launched from the Baikonur launch site. Roskosmos cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinin is on board, as well as @NASA astronauts Nick Haig and Christina Cook

"At 22:14:09 Moscow time, the Soyuz-FG launch vehicle with the Soyuz MS-12 manned vehicle was launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome," reads the text of the message posted on Roscosmos Twitter.

At the station, the crew is awaited by Russian Oleg Kononenko, American Ann McClain and Canadian David St. Jacques.
