The government has introduced fine dust along with public welfare for reasons of reconsideration. It is the first time that the government has organized over 1 trillion won in environmental issues. That would mean that the fine dust budget was urgent.

If so, I made it well by taking advantage of that fact.

Let's start with the domestic cause of fine dust. 38% in industries such as factory chimney smoke, 28% in transportation and 19% in living areas such as boilers. You just have to catch it from the industry.

The Ministry of Environment analyzed the fine dust budget of 1 trillion won this year, and the industry is 1.8% and the transportation is 86%.

Transport sector budget Let's look specifically. The budget for subsidies and charging stations for electric cars and hydrogen cars is 660 billion won.

However, when we look at this new government bill, more than 210 billion won were added to the electric car and hydrogen car budget.

Is this really a fine dust saving effect? Last month we reported this.

[Last month, SBS8 News: Last year's report by the Korea Institute for Energy Policy, a research institute of national policy, showed that there is no significant difference in the amount of fine dust emission between electric cars and gasoline vehicles.]

The National Institute of Labor said it had little effect.

The effect of reducing the fine dust of a hydrogen car is also controversial in academia. It is said that it is not pushing automobile company.

[Ministry of Environment: It may be a little insignificant in view of the fine dust effect, but in fact, it has an effect of being added to the automobile industry or fostering ... .]

Conversely, measures against small-scale factories located in blind areas of industrial facilities, especially pollution control, are insufficient.

We installed about 100 billion won in installation of micro dust prevention facility, but it is about half of electric car and hydrogen car support amount.

[Song Sang-shik / Secretary General of Green Transportation Movement: In case of industrial facilities, the emission amount is about 1 or 2 in the whole country. Actually, there is a need for countermeasures. This time, there is no direction on how to manage the emission sources. ... .]

It is said that it will pay debts by issuing 3.6 trillion won of Treasury bonds, which is called "fine dust." It seems that the development of the automobile industry fits the purpose of fine dust, and the priority of budgeting is wrong.
