It seems that the time of the forest fire disaster area has been stopped on April 5th.

Burned forests, burnt houses and collapsed buildings are still the same.

In Sokcho, the building was demolished three days ago.

The slate roof, which is used to dig up the burnt-out houses with excavators, is put on the anti-vibration clothes and is taken off by hand.

In a large warehouse building, the steel plate is removed.

The Gangneung area, which was the first to demolish, has already sorted out the burnt houses.

Remnants, stonewalls, and empty hallowed gardens show that this place was a residence.

However, the Goseong area has not been able to deal with KEPCO's responsibility.

Of the 1,200 jobs in Goseong, Sokcho, Gangneung, and the Donghae area, 150 jobs have been completed so far.

The victims are moving back to their residence buildings, condominiums and apartments to restore the stability of their lives.

Of the more than 1,200 people, only about 170 people live in town hall and school gyms.

[Kim Jung Won / Residents affected by forest fires: I do not think it helps to live in helping the people by giving help.]

Volunteers are on their way.

We plant seedlings in the field or make mangoes together. We also remove the garbage and wooden debris from the vicinity of the house and move the farm machinery that has been spoiled.

[Choi, Seok-cheon / firefighting residents: If I say alone, I have to do a few days. Nevertheless, I am so grateful that you came to me like this.]

[Hai Lim / Suwon City, Gyeonggi-do: I think we can feel it worthwhile if we get a little bit of strength and it will be over soon.]

Until now, more than 10,000 volunteers have come to the forest fire affected area and contributed to the victims.
