Former Environment Minister Kim Eun-kyung will be present at 10:30 am today at the examination of the warrant in the Eastern District of Seoul.

The examination of the warrant will be conducted at the hearing of the judge in charge of the war chief.

Prosecutors filed a warrant for arrest on Kim on charges of obstructing the exercise of abuse of authority on October 22.

The prosecution believes that Kim has abused his authority and intervened in the process of replacing officers of the Ministry of Environment.

It is confirmed that former Kim Jong Il has acted in close proximity to the job hurdle, and that he has been charged with the warrant.

Kim acknowledged the fact that he was aware of the trends of institutional executives under the prosecution investigation at the end of January, but said he denied accusations that he did not influence resignation or new selection process.

However, the prosecution has obtained a number of statements from officials who could prove Kim 's allegations.

An official of the prosecution stressed the necessity of investigating the arrest, saying that even though the allegations were fully publicized, Kim is in constant contact with his wife and is concerned about the evidence being destroyed.

The prosecution is likely to lead to the presidential office if Kim is redeemed, while the investigation will lose power if the warrant is rejected.
