Hyosung is a large enterprise with assets of 11 trillion won. I do not know if you can write about 40 billion won worth of money for attorneys 'fees like that, and if you wrote the money for the profit of the company as well as Hyosung' s claim for the defense, you might think like this.

So why is this a problem?

The problem with Hyosung's attorneys' fees is that it is not a pure legal advice to help you make management decisions, but rather as a cost to defend the corruption incident involving the total number of family members.

So we compared how much the company and the total number of family members paid each.

First, in 2013, the tax portal case was investigated as the company and its family members were charged with a total of 25.1 billion won in legal expenses.

In the middle of the investigation, the company has paid 12.1 billion won, and honorary chairman Cho Suk Rae has won 300 million won in one place.

Only 2.4% of the total is made by the honorary president.

Several of them, including attorneys in charge of defense of the case at the time, and attorneys from the inspection team, paid the company a large portion of the total attorneys' fees.

Let's take a look at the cost of attorneys spent in the case of Cho Hyun-joon,

In the investigation stage, Hyosung has paid 18.6 billion won, and Joo's personal money is only 1.5 billion won.

In just one year in 2017, when investigations took place in earnest, there were at least 30 attorneys in the case and poured 8.4 billion won.

Hyosung, including Kim & Chang law firm and law firm, mobilized 17 cases to deal with the case. 11 people including lawyers from the high-ranking prosecutors and high-ranking officials who can know the name have concluded an advisory contract.

Although it is impossible to say that all legal expenses are used for the total number of individuals, at least it is legal view that the consultant fees of the general attorneys can not be related to the total number of family members.
