In March, Håkan Sjöstrand announced that he will leave his position as Secretary General of the Swedish Football Association at the end of the year.
It is now clear that the successor will be Andrea Möllerberg. She becomes the first woman in the post, which has existed since 1949.
"Andrea Möllerberg has extensive football knowledge and experience of decision-making in the facilities that are important for football. I look forward to working closely together to develop Swedish football, says SvFF's chairman Fredrik Reinfeldt in a press release.
