- Crime against privacy The investigation of the sex video of the Real Madrid academy players is extended to a second victim
The head of the Court of Instruction Number 3 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Canary Islands) has charged the four Real Madrid academy players allegedly involved in the dissemination of a sexual video with a minor, while he has cited them for their first statement in court on November 8.
Legal sources have confirmed to Europa Press that Judge Julio Wood will also hear a few days before the two victims, as well as a witness.
Also, sources of the investigation point out that the instructor has given the green light to the dump of the mobile phones of the four players.
The Canarian court opened a case last Monday for crimes against privacy after receiving the report from the Civil Guard, which until then had been in charge of the investigations.
The events occurred in the town of Mogán (Gran Canaria) in mid-June but the minor and her mother – both complainants – explained that until now they had not been aware that these images existed and were being disseminated.
In the complaint they indicated that there were allegedly recordings of consensual sexual relations of the girl under 16 years of age, but that they were recorded without her consent.
For its part, Real Madrid issued a statement informing that it had been aware of these facts and that when the club has detailed knowledge of the facts, "it will adopt the appropriate measures".
