According to the arrival and departure management system, as the official entry and exit port of the Hangzhou Asian Games, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport has guaranteed a total of 488 inbound flights to Asia, transporting more than 5890,175 athletes from various countries and regions, members of the Olympic Committee, technical officials, media, broadcasters and other event personnel. On the same day, Hangzhou Airport is expected to welcome 18 Asia-related flights, especially during peak hours, and will guarantee 900 inbound flights within one hour, with nearly <> Asia-related personnel.
How to ensure the entry of personnel and materials during peak hours? Through the arrival and departure management system and the event personnel itinerary information analysis system, the arrival and departure command center of the event general headquarters collects the characteristics of inbound flights, personnel and materials on the day in advance, relies on visual charts to achieve comprehensive display of data, analyzes the flow of personnel, and flexibly deploys service forces to cope with peak challenges. During the peak hours of centralized entry, the original 4 "Asian Games special channels" were increased to 6 to 8, and more than 120 foreign language volunteers were arranged to work at the same time to improve the service guarantee capacity of short-term centralized arrivals and departures.

At the same time, in view of the difficulties in baggage protection for large-scale events, the arrival and departure command center coordinated the airport to strengthen the support force of baggage loading and unloading, and reminded the participating delegations to post special baggage tags for the Asian Games at the front station to shorten the arrival time of baggage. Among the various sports equipment carried by athletes, such as oars, kayaks and other oversized baggage, the length of which is more than 3 meters, and the normal check-in process cannot meet the entry conditions. To this end, Hangzhou Airport innovatively designed 8 special luggage trolleys with guardrails, which can carry 8-10 pieces of large luggage at a time, and the loading capacity is nearly 3 times higher than the original luggage trolleys at the airport, so as to achieve efficient and rapid support of materials.

"The excess baggage of a commercial flight entering Asia is usually about 30 to 40 pieces, while the excess baggage of a charter flight in Asia often exceeds 100 pieces, which is very inefficient and easy to slip off by traditional baggage trolley. In response to this demand for oversized baggage protection with multiple batches and multiple pieces, we have developed this special luggage trolley.
