The judicial investigation that affects four players of the Real Madrid quarry for the recording and dissemination of a video of sexual content between a 16-year-old girl and one of them is also extended to another victim. In this way, there are two minor victims of these events that would constitute crimes against privacy and revelation of secrets, although the second young woman who has initially denounced was listed as a witness in the police report but this Monday decided to formalize a complaint in the premises of the Civil Guard "considering that she did not give her consent for the recording or dissemination of the video file. "

The judge who instructs the matter has received this Monday the attestation of the Civil Guard and has initiated preliminary proceedings for the possible commission of two crimes against privacy.

The first tests that will be practiced are the dump of the contents of the seized mobile phones (there are four terminals in total) and the taking of statements from the two alleged victims. Afterwards, the magistrate of the Court of Instruction number 3 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana will summon them to testify.

DETAINEES IN VALDEBEBAS

The four academy players were arrested last Thursday at the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas as the culmination of an investigation that began two weeks ago.

It was the mother accompanied by her daughter who filed the complaint when the minor learned that there was an intimate video of her with the player circulating in WhatsApp groups. Sexual relations were consensual but not the subsequent dissemination.

The events occurred in mid-June. The court of instruction number 3 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana ordered the Civil Guard to bring to justice the players denounced after arresting them. It is the Judicial Police of the Command of the Civil Guard of Las Palmas that directs the investigations because it is on this island where they happened, specifically in the municipality of Mogán.

A team of the Judicial Police of Las Palmas traveled to Madrid to practice the arrests. The mobile phones of the arrested players were seized and the lockers of the changing rooms were also searched before releasing the accused, who did not testify before the judge. The Civil Guard also investigates whether the video has reached WhatsApp groups of other teams in the quarry.
