Hangzhou, September 9 (ZXS) -- On September 13, the Hangzhou Asian Games event results release system group was officially launched, marking the completion of the full deployment and use of the three core system groups of event results release, event management and event support.
As the first Asian Games in the history of the Asian Games to incorporate "intelligence" into the concept of hosting the games, it can be seen from the three "firsts" that the Hangzhou Asian Games contain many "cloud" characteristics.
First, for the first time, this year's Asian Games has achieved 100% of the core system of the Asian Games on the "cloud".
The event results release system group is one of the most important information system groups during the Asian Games. At the end of each event, under the scheduling of the event results release system group, the competition results are imported from the venue's timing and scoring equipment into the venue score system, collected to the central score system, and presented to the outside world in different modes such as print distribution, information release, and data interface.
Different from traditional data centers that repeatedly build and disassemble data rooms, the above system groups not only shorten the application development and deployment time, but also avoid the problem that software and hardware resources are difficult to share in the traditional mode.
Second, the Asian Games were broadcast on the cloud for the first time.
The Hangzhou Asian Games is the first Asian Games to be broadcast on the cloud, and it is expected to transmit up to 60 HD and Ultra HD signals on the cloud, with a total of more than 5000,<> hours. In addition to the live broadcast of the event, the Hangzhou Asian Games will also provide video content such as short videos, highlights, and event news on the cloud.
Compared with the traditional satellite broadcast mode, cloud broadcast exceeds its bandwidth and offline equipment limitations, and provides richer picture signals and editing methods, even small and medium-sized broadcast media without satellite receiving equipment can obtain programs on the cloud and edit local exclusive competition pictures online in real time.
The Hangzhou Asian Games will build a cloud live broadcast center in the event scenario, relying on the cross-regional capabilities of the cloud network to ensure that the Asian broadcast signal can be quickly and stably transmitted to Alibaba Cloud video live broadcast centers in Shanghai and Beijing, and then broadcast to Asian and even global audiences in real time through Alibaba Cloud's nodes in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, India, and other places.
Third, build the first integrated intelligent platform for large-scale sports events.
The intelligent base supports a variety of intelligent services of the Hangzhou Asian Games, among which "Asian Games Nail" is the world's first large-scale sports event integrated intelligent hosting platform, which can achieve online flat communication and coordination for 13,<> event staff, and supports real-time translation in <> languages, facilitating mutual communication between staff in different countries (regions).
As a unified business collaboration platform, "Asian Games Nail" has access to 293 applications in administrative approval, meteorological services, conference services, medical services and other business fields, and a variety of core Asian Games system applications, including competition video system, IT event tracking and management system, volunteer management system, etc.
Not only that, the "Asian Games Nail" also solves the problem of knowledge asset precipitation of the Asian Games, provides support for solving the collection of event documents, clarifying a large number of digital assets, and realizing digital asset precipitation, which can not only ensure the smooth holding of the event, but also provide experience reference for the subsequent holding of large-scale sports events such as the Asian Games and the Olympic Games.
