Djurgården started best, and got dividends already in the fifth minute when Stinalisa Johansson nodded in a post from Alice Bergström just before the corner flag on the right.

Djurgården had bids for more goals before BP slowly but surely worked their way back into the game. It was especially when BP managed to get corners that the dangerous situations came. But closer than a header saved just under the bar, they didn't get a goal.

In the second half it was Djurgården who took over, but it would be BP who got the ball into the goal. In a somewhat hilarious situation where Saga Swedman barely got control of the ball when she spliced a post. The ball hit the post and then rolled on the goal line where Swedman poked the ball in.

But the answer would come only six minutes later. Tove Almqvist took matters into her own hands when she pulled a shot from distance that surprised Nichole Persson in the goal, and the ball sat nicely under the bar. A goal that became the last of the match.

The victory for Djurgården means that they step past Örebro in the table and onto safe ground.
