Beijing, May 5 (Zhongxin.com) -- "Shanghai Shenhua goalkeeper Ma Zhen committed violent acts, punched the opposing player in the face, suspended for five matches, and was fined 27,5 yuan; Meizhou Hakka foreign aid Rodrigue committed non-sports behavior, used insulting gestures to the opposing player, was suspended for four games and fined 5,4 yuan. ”

On the evening of the 26th, the Chinese Football Association issued another heavy fine. This is the second consecutive round of the Chinese Super League, with two players being heavily fined for on-field violence.

Recently, Chinese football has been full of anger, coupled with insulting referees during the game and accusing referees on social media, since May, the Chinese Football Association has issued as many as 5 fines, most of which have been concentrated in the past half month.

The fire could not be "suppressed" again

The league is back home and away, fans are back on the pitch, and the Chinese Super League is very hot this season. However, in recent times, there has been a lot of fire mixed with it.

Of course, every season inevitably brings up a lot of fire. At the beginning of last season, just two rounds were played, and the Chinese Super League produced nine red cards and five free tickets.

In contrast, this season has reached a third of the league point before fines are frequent, which is also an improvement.

From the 5th round, the fire of the Chinese Super League gradually started. Henan team foreign aid Shonic pushed down Beijing Guoan teenager Fang Hao with a throat-locking move, and was suspended for 5 games by the Chinese Football Association and fined 5,<> yuan.

In the same round of matches, Fan Bing, an official of the Nantong Zhiyun team, was banned from entering the stadium and fined 1,1 yuan by the Football Association for publishing content questioning the referee on WeChat moments.

Coincidentally, Dalian team coach Xie Hui was also banned from entering the stadium and fined RMB 1,1 by the Football Association for publishing content related to the penalty controversy on social media.

With Nantong Zhiyun issuing a long article in response to the FA's fine on May 5, the fire reached a new height.

"The decision on which the penalty is based is unclear, outside the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association, and the applicable rules are inappropriate; Moreover, although the punishment decision uses a template to show that there is a 'statement of the parties', in fact it does not give our club or Fan Bing any opportunity to communicate, explain or defend themselves, nor has it ever held an interview meeting or hearing under the rules, and lacks due process. ”

"If such 'penalty decisions' that lack legal basis and target the expression of personal views are allowed to flourish, it will inevitably lead to unlawful restrictions on the legitimate freedom of expression of football participants, resulting in a 'chilling' effect."

Until now, the Chinese Football Association has not responded to this. And one wave is not even, and another wave is rising.

During the May 5 match between Tianjin Jinmen Tigers and Shandong Taishan, Taishan team foreign aid Judson punched Jinmen Tigers foreign aid Beric in the face, and the latter was injured. Judson was eventually banned for five games by the Chinese Football Association and fined 19,5 yuan.

In the same round of Wuhan Three Towns and Chengdu Rongcheng match, Aziz stepped on his opponent's leg and was banned for four games and fined 4,4 yuan.

Next, there is Shanghai Shenhua goalkeeper Ma Zhen and Meizhou Hakka foreign aid Rodrigue.

Why is the anger so big?

The recent concentration of violence in Chinese football has raised a question: why is the anger so great?

The return to the Chinese Super League this season at home and away, although the star flavor has been lacking, but the game is still quite intense.

To a certain extent, the anger also stems in part from this. Under the competition on the field, coupled with the blessing of the players' own hormones in the game, it is easy to have irrational behavior.

But combing down, the source of many angers comes from some judgments.

For example, the statements made by Nantong Zhiyun official Fan Bing and Dalian coach Xie Hui on social media were all aimed at referee penalties.

In the match between Tianjin Jinmen Tigers and Shandong Taishan, the players of the two teams have accumulated anger for a long time, and before Judson's boxing behavior, the snatching action had exceeded the normal range, but unfortunately the referee on duty did not control the court well, which indirectly led to a large-scale conflict at the end of the match. All kinds of chaos buried the original excitement of this goal battle.

Although Henan foreign aid Shonich and Wuhan Three Towns foreign aid Aziz were additionally punished for violent acts, the two on-duty referees only showed them yellow cards during the match.

Wuhan Three Towns fined Aziz one dollar in the team, responding to the ticket in disguise.

Another source of anger is the intensive schedule. Since the start of the competition on April 4, the Chinese Super League has played 15 rounds in more than a month, with each team averaging 9 days a match.

Under the consumption of long-term weekly double matches, the players inevitably have a tired mood, which further increases the anger.

Fire relief can reduce fire

Objective factors such as the intensive schedule and the level of refereeing cannot be changed in the short term, so the method of suppressing fire similar to inappropriate punishment remarks cannot be well reduced, but is easy to be eaten back by fire.

Therefore, the more fierce response methods of clubs such as Nantong Zhiyun and Wuhan Three Towns, club officials insulting referees on the field and questioning referees on social media off the field are also becoming more and more concentrated.

Fans in the stands and on social media are also angry.

For the current Chinese football, communication needs to be strengthened, and all parties need to lower the fire.

In fact, in the 2021 season, the Chinese Super League used a mechanism to publicly respond to controversial penalties, but it did not last long, and such responses disappeared.

In addition, some fans have suggested that it is possible to reconsider the choice of international referees in some six-point battles related to championship or relegation?

Although this move does not necessarily eliminate the phenomenon of questioning referees and misjudgments on the field, it can still alleviate the anger caused by various trust crises.

In any case, the return of the league home and away, the return of fans to the stadium, and some stadiums and even the hard-to-find scene are really valuable. Chinese football practitioners should cherish this prosperity, not anger. (End)
