Lautaro Martinez scored near the end to lead Inter Milan to qualify for the Champions League final after a 1-<> win over Milan.
Inter, who last won the title in 2010, repeated their victory over Milan after winning 2-<> in the first leg of the semi-finals.
Argentine Martinez shot into the difficult tight corner against Milan in the 74th minute.
