It was not an exuberant effort when Tre Kronor played their World Cup opener against Germany.

It stood 0-0 for a long time, but in the third period Oscar Lindberg scored the only goal of the game in the 1-0 win.

After the game, expert Håkan Loob was not happy with Sweden's performance in the World Cup studio.

"Now that you win 1-0, there's nothing but examining yourself. You have to be better in the next game," he said.

Loob then developed his chalk.

"The performance is getting better as time goes on, it's to do with the adaptability, you haven't faced a team like Germany for a long time.

"But I expect more spurt and intensity, that you dare to play out more instead of being as hesitant as you were in the first period and a bit into the second. But we should have bigger expectations than playing at 0-0 and then scoring a goal and winning.
