Portuguese and Spanish media reports have claimed that the relationship between Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo and his Spanish fiancée Georgina Rodriguez is not well, amid talk of a possible separation.

The Spanish newspaper "Marca" quoted a Portuguese psychologist named Quinton Aris – in an interview with the Portuguese program "Noichi d'Astriles" (Starry Night) – analyzing the duo's recent behavior and findings.

Aris says on the show that "Ronaldo and Georgina may break up. Ronaldo's recent behavior shows two things: first, that his personal life is not in a moment of happiness, and that the further he is from his mother, Dolores Aveiro, the less intense he is. We all know why he is increasingly away from his family."

Journalist and co-presenter Daniel Nascimento added: "Ronaldo is not happy. Georgina spends her days in one of the malls in Riyadh, which is one of the reasons why Cristiano is upset with her actions; she spends a lot of money and, worst of all, she thinks she is on the level of Ronaldo's fame, and he doesn't like it at all."

The show's other presenter, Leo Cairo, revealed, "I've been saying this for months, the relationship is not stable and they may break up. The truth is that Ronaldo is tired of it, that's the reality. I still say there won't be a wedding."

On the same show, one voice defended the duo, and it was from Cristiano's girlfriend Felipa Castro, who fell apart to defend him and Georgina: "I can confirm from a 100% reliable source that their relationship is very good, and all that is said is gossip and stories made up by people who cannot bear to see Ronaldo and Georgina happy. They are a couple who love each other and sacrifice for each other."

Ronaldo, 38, met Georgina, 29, in 2017 and they have two children and three sons before her.

Due to the length of their relationship and the fact that Rodriguez is also the mother of Ronaldo's two children, she will receive significant compensation in the event of a separation.

According to Portuguese media, Georgina will receive more than 35% of Ronaldo's wealth if they separate.

Ronaldo's fortune is estimated at more than a billion dollars, meaning that Rodriguez will receive almost 350 million if she ends up separating from the Don, especially after media reports that Ronaldo was tired of Rodriguez's "trivial" and "detached from reality" actions.

Ronaldo and Georgina are yet to marry despite their long relationship, and Georgina once claimed that she feels married to Ronaldo already.

Speaking about her Netflix documentary "I am Georgina," which went viral on digital media, the Spanish model said: "I really can't be any more. Cristiano and I are married before the Lord, that's all I care about. It protects us and keeps us together. However one day we will have a wedding, I am lucky that dreams can really come true. I appreciate the opportunities the Lord has given me."

Ronaldo and Georgina have lived together in multiple cities since their relationship began, moving from Madrid to Turin and then Manchester, and now the duo live in the Saudi capital Riyadh after the Portuguese star moved to Al Nasr.
