"Yes, we have been informed by UEFA that this issue will be considered at the meeting of the executive committee. Further comments on this topic are possible after the meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee," TASS quoted a representative of the BFF press service as saying.

Recall, more than 100 deputies of the European Parliament demanded that UEFA suspend the national team of Belarus from participating in the selection for Euro 2024. They claim that the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will use the fact of participation of the national team in the tournament for propaganda purposes.

UEFA moved all home matches of Belarusian national teams and clubs to neutral fields. Moreover, home nominal games will be held without spectators.

The opponents of the belarusian national team in group I in the qualification were the teams of Switzerland, Israel, Romania, Andorra and Kosovo.

The International Olympic Committee recommended that international sports federations not allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in international competitions because of the situation in Ukraine. The International Football Federation and UEFA temporarily suspended Russian clubs and national teams.

The issue of Belarus will be discussed by the UEFA Executive Committee on April 4.

The 2024 European Championships will be held from June 14 to July 14 in Germany.

Earlier, Alexander Dyukov said that the executive committee of the organization will not consider the issue of transition to Asia.
